Slovenia – a completely underrated country full of beautiful architecture, quiet and quirky villages, mountainous terrain, the clearest blue water and outstanding national parks. I first went to Slovenia in 2017 to go to the capital Ljubljana (I still have to Google how to spell the name – the struggles). Back then I had no idea how beautiful Triglav National Park was and as a result, I missed out on going that year and even the year after when I went back to Slovenia again!

Thanks to Instagram I discovered how breathtaking it was and I instantly organised for me and my partner to road trip there this autumn and it did not disappoint.
